Messi and Neymar together?

That´s the question that millions of people ask themselves before a Barcelonas´s match, no matter the opponent, or the tournament.

And the main reason to keep asking such question it´s that we were told that we will be capable to see two of the best players ever, playing together in the most complete team in the past two decades! (Believe it or not, there is a prop line at Sportsbettingdime about this topic.)

Instead, “Tata” Martino keeps dosing both players, looking for a game style where both stars can give the best of them, at least in the past 20 games.

But I believe that the Barcelona only requires a little adjustment, so Martino can setup the best lineup ever in the recent history of this team.

This time, the duel isn’t against the historic rival, the Real Madrid, where both teams usually lineup their very best figures…

This time is versus the Athletic of Madrid, which by the hand of Simeone is showing their best soccer, converting all this torrent of skills into goals, with the best number “9” in the league, of course, I´m talking about Costa, the Brazilian-Spanish player, counting 19 goals this season, only one goal behind the leader, Cristiano Ronaldo.

If Barcelona wants to finally put some distance between the second place and the title, they need to risk some, to get some.

Victor Valdés is unremovable in his position, with great performances this last season at Camp Nou.

The defense can be a puzzle, but with a healthy Puyol, Pique and Mascherano can team up this defensive trident. Don’t forget Bartra is also a great option.

On the sides, you have Jordi Alba, or Adriano. On the left side, Dani Alves has no match.

Sergio Busquets is right now the best defensive midfield player, over Alex Song with a remarkable performance as well.

Add Iniesta or Cesc Fabregas, any of them playing close to the rival area, opening the game with Messi and Neymar playing close to the side lines, making those diagonal moves that make you stand from your sit every time they confront rivals on their run to the goal line.

But in order to keep both central defenders busy, you need Alexis Sanchez playing as a natural “9”, putting pressure on the defense every time they try to initiate the game from behind…

Think about it!
What lineup would you choose?
